SDK Chartered Accountants (SA) is a well-established and dynamic audit and accounting firm with a client base situated mainly in the Western Cape. The firm currently has three partners: Johan Smit, Madeleine Smit and Lize-Marie Boltman. The audit teams consists of professionally qualified audit managers, as well as trainee accountants who are mostly at a post-graduate level and registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). The accounting team is managed by a qualified professional accountant, who is supported by trainee accountants registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA). The administrative team takes care of tax administration, secretarial services, estate administration and general office matters. Continuous training and professional development ensures that our staff acquires and maintains a high level of technical expertise and meets the most recent requirements as dictated by our professional and regulatory bodies: SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA and the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).
