Mentor Africa Project will through the use of technology deploy successful leaders to help African youth tap into the wealth of knowledge, experiences and collaborative global engagement to succeed in their respective pursuits. MAP is characterized by diversity of knowledge, experiences, collaborations and best practices driven by an integrative technology and inclusive travel – based programs. Through a dedicated selection process, mentees are chosen based on drive, professionalism, pan-Africanism, idea for change as well as active participation at work or in enterprise and are matched with carefully selected mentors who commit themselves to taking the mentee on a learning journey of 12 active sessions for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months. Mentees are then mentored directly by their respective mentors across myriads of relevant subjects and provided the opportunity to grow through collaborations and access to courses and funding opportunities. MISSION MAP is committed to identifying exceptional young African leaders and mentoring them to become global leaders through knowledge, experiences and collaborations using technology.
