The Builders of Color Coalition (BCC) convenes minority real estate professionals in Greater Boston’s building sector for the purposes of mutual professional development and leveraged access to development projects. BCC’s membership comprises developers, investors, architects, attorneys, bankers, contractors, and brokers working across a wide range of firms, from family-owned enterprises to multinational companies. BCC hosts educational and networking sessions, compiles a monthly calendar of industry events, and offers members special access to professional development opportunities with partner organizations. In 2019, BCC launched a formal sponsorship programming.
