Yoo is a licensed architect in six states and is certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards for reciprocity in all fifty states. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects, a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the International Code Council, and a licensed General Contractor in Virginia. He has over fifteen years of experience as an architect ranging from wood framed single family residential design and construction to multi-building mixed use commercial developments exceeding one-million square feet to class A commercial interiors including government certified Secure Compartmentalized Information Facilities [SCIF]. Mark also serves as the Senior Project Manager for the Northeast Region for Jones, Hill, McFarland & Ellis a national real estate advisory firm, for whom Mark conducts detailed facility analyses for major hotel chains including Marriot and InterContinental Hotels Group.
