Fire is a 501(c)3 organization that has as our mission to encourage and respond to people's desire for authentic expression. We believe that social and cultural awareness generates and sustains social justice. We design our youth development programming to help youth and young adults cultivate the leadership, self-discipline, self-confidence and self-esteem necessary to lead positive and productive lives. We understand that education and participation in the arts and culture contributes to the healthy development of young people, their families and communities.
