Combuilder continued to diversify its portfolio beyond defence markets, becoming a market leader in Township Management for town councils in Singapore, where the company’s footprint of stellar “IT-in-FM” products began to be deployed in a broad segment of Singapore’s estates, and later, the country’s mass rapid train systems. The Company began to take a serious step in regional expansion with offices in China in 2006, working closely with the Beijing Metro Network Administration, replicating its successes in Singapore in managing a national metro station.
