A detailed succession plan has been put in place for the transfer of the business to Andrew. Over recent years, the business has turned over approximately $1.5 million in client fees. There are 12 staff including 5 qualified Accountants, 2 highly experienced para-professionals and 4 administration staff. Tony Lovett remains a key employee and will continue to be involved in the business on a part time basis.
