Second, we are a sponsor of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPAC). This segment of our business capitalizes on our deep capital markets expertise and unparalleled experience in helping companies achieve a public listing through means other than a traditional IPO. We focus our efforts on public-ready companies in the financial services, industrial, business services, and real estate sectors. This line of business utilizes the Live Oak brand and provides us the opportunity to partner with like-minded investors in the sponsor entities for SPACs.
