In the early 1990’s, Steve Dorman printed the words “Go Hard or Go Home” on the back of some t-shirts. This philosophy has stuck with many of his longtime employees; reminding us to turn adversity into a positive situation, to find solutions instead of setbacks, and to focus on teamwork, commitment, and resolve.
