Pilates at Club Rhythm strengthens and tones your entire body. With each session you become more aware of how the movement feels and the physical power generated by a focused mind. 'Pilates Reformer' sessions provide a Pilates workout utilising the original Stott Pilates® Reformer equipment to energise your body and calm your mind. 'Pilates Fusion' sessions focus on the key Pilates principles while fusing dance, strength & conditioning and high intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques to provide a full body workout. ‘Personal Training’ will address your own personal health & fitness goals using our state of the art fitness equipment or the Pilates equipment and accessories.
