Brothers in Arms vineyards is the home to the oldest officially recorded Cabernet Sauvignonin the world. In 1891 two acres of Caberent Sauvignon and two acres of Shiraz,which today make our flagship wines-brohters in arms. These were planted by William Formby, the great-great grandfather of today's owner Guy Adams...and the reasoning behind our Formby & Adams label. Guy and his wife Liz have two children who represent the sixth generation of the family to live on the estate - now you know why we have the No.6 and Sixth Generation labels!!
