Yoga Soup is a studio in the heart of beautiful Santa Barbara, California. Currently in our 12th year of operation, we continue to expand and grow our offerings to include not only asana and meditation classes, but a wide array of monthly events, healthy foods and beverages to enjoy here or take home, an eclectic selection of books, instruments, posters and gifts, and so much more. Open 7 days a week, offering over 70 classes from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. taught by experienced instructors, we are delighted to serve you and support your practice. Our mission statement: Yoga Soup is a fluid, organic idea that is constantly re-shaping itself. As it grows it will no doubt assume different forms but it’s hard to imagine its intention much changing: to provide a safe, vibrant, serious and light-hearted space for self-observation and transformation to occur.
