The Academy teaches classes in the Peninsula and the Silicon Valley. Classes are playful and structured to cultivate a love of dance to last a lifetime. The dance classes introduce basic positions and technique, beginning with gentle stretches, then moving into aerobic dances and creative movements to music. We also teach muscle isolations with playful games: a butterfly wand can teach a child to relevé! Etiquette is a natural part of each lesson, as it is related to grace. Each class ends with the story of a great ballet told alongside the music to help the child associate story and song.
