CAA conducts DGCA approved fully integrated pilot training course for Commercial Pilots License with Instrument Rating & Multi Engine Training (CPL- IR/ME). Flying Training is conducted on the latest fleet of aircraft. CAA is the first academy in India which started operations with new single-engine Cessna-172-R aircraft, equipped with Garmin-1000 glass cockpit. The multi-engine training is conducted on Diamond DA-42 (also equipped with Garmin-1000 cockpit) and Piper Seneca-IV. CAA has a renowned faculty consisting of aviation specialists with global exposure. Rigorous evaluation & selection process is conducted for student screening and induction. A very methodical and strict training curriculum is followed thereafter for all courses to ensure comprehensive training for student pilots. The complete training is conducted in-house and does not require any external facility use. Almost 320 days of clear weather in a year at Sagar allows conduct of maximum flying training. In the last nine years, after obtaining the DGCA approval, over 46,000 hours have been flown towards training of student pilots. Facilities at the Academy at Dhana include an exclusive right to a 3200 ft long airstrip, 11,000 sq ft hangar space and an in-house world class maintenance set-up.
