EMG Workforce is a local Cairns business which began operations back in 2004 as Remote Staffing Solutions. The business was formed to help support employers in remote regions engage with locals through labour hire arrangements during busy times of operations and on projects, they came into community to do. EMG Workforce has grown over the years from operations based in Far North Queensland to the Torres Strait Islands and then also Central Queensland. EMG Workforce is an offshoot of My Pathway. Our goal We now support businesses of all types: small business to large companies, local employers to visitors carrying out project work, within ongoing and long-term work to one-off placements.
