KEY REAL ESTATE was formed in Greenville South Carolina in 1984 as an investment firm by Doug Sprayberry to focus on real estate investments. Driven by repeated requests from clients and friends to help others buy, sell, develop, invest, and manage real estate, the company continued to grow into the full service agency it is today while meeting the challenges of an ever changing market. In 2004 the business relocated to Mauldin, South Carolina in the rapidly expanding Golden Strip Area.
