The Family Law Pathways Network | Greater Melbourne is a part of the national Family Law Pathways Network program designed to improve collaboration and coordination between organisations and professionals operating in the family law system. Our purpose is to help separating and separated families obtain appropriate services by encouraging collaborative referrals and enhancing the understanding of available family services between families and professionals alike. Family Law Pathways Network | Greater Melbourne is funded by the Attorney General Department and responsible for the metropolitan Melbourne and Dandenong areas. There are 6 Family Law Pathways Networks across Victoria operating in collaboration to coordinate events and resources. Examples of FLPN Greater Melbourne Support and Services The iRefer Vic Application provides information and referral pathways to families and support workers looking for appropriate support services within the family law sector across Victoria. The application categories services and provides general contact details (such as location, phone number, website) and is updated regularly to include additional information such as wait times, fees, and eligibility criteria to assist the user to find the most appropriate service for their individual needs. You can download the app to your Apple or Android device, available from the applicable app store. Referral Kiosk: The App is supported in Greater Melbourne by a referral Kiosk operating at the Melbourne (Monday to Thursday) and Dandenong (Monday to Wednesday) Family Law registries between 9 am to 12:30pm. Our friendly volunteers assist in using the application and make referrals to the relevant service as required. Events and Webinars: We develop and co-host educational events that help family law practitioners to better understand family law issues by sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas.
