Female Footballers is a non profit organization that engages, educates and empowers female athletes through mental skills training. We offer an individual mentorship program, team/club mental skills sessions, parent/coach mental skills sessions, a free college community and a podcast. Our clients are often girls ages 10+ We focus on different mental skills such as confidence, communication, growth mindset, grit, body image, nutrition, camaraderie, goal setting, and much more. We are happy to customize a session to address the mental skills that fit the needs of your club/team, player or parent group.
