Co-founded by expert patients and healthcare professionals, EntendsMoi (HearMeOut in english) has built its first digital solution VERBATIM.care in co-development with 9 healthcare establishments. Its objective: to improve professional and organizational practices thanks to the patients' experience, collected in their free feedbacks. Patients' words are transformed into action levers thanks to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and allow precise, continuous and large-scale management in personalized dashboards. VERBATIM.care meets the national certification criteria for quality of care and develops the reputation of the establishment, the motivation of their teams and their quality-based payment.
