ProdMax is a Productivity System that, through a digital, secure and reliable platform, works as an administrative tool and system for implementing and monitoring the Productivity Program of any organization, through predefined weightings and scores that the same Performance Indicators show in a certain period of time, linking the performance of the collaborators with the incentives to be granted.
