The Latinas Engineering Leadership Program is a 4-month virtual mentorship experience that prepares Latina college students land their first internship in the tech industry. In our program we cover the fundamentals of career development; ranging from strategies on how to succeed in higher education to personal coaching on how to land your first technical internship.
