We don't believe in short cuts or packet mixes, just quality ingredients to produce the best results. We are a wholesale business working with the hotel, airline, retail and food service sectors, producing in excess of 2 million handmade deserts and patisserie. Production is run from a purpose built kitchen in Dublin by our team of talented patisserie chefs, led by Chef and owner Robert Bullock.
