CDT Kids, a 501c3 tax-exempt charitable organization, wants to be known as the leader in high quality therapy service providers to children with developmental disabilities in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek areas. Currently, CDT Kids provides home health pediatric therapy services to 100+ kids a week with special needs in the Phoenix area. Our services include speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, habilitation and respite services.
