I’ve had a passion for wood crafting for as long as I can remember. I learned everything I know from my Dad; spending weekends in the shop. It definitely runs in the family. I love building things and coming up with new uses for already existing objects. I got a lot of requests to sell my items, so I launched my Etsy shop, Knock on Wood Designs. To enhance my crafting skills, I attend many different conferences around the country. I live in a beautiful and semi-remote Colorado town, which makes networking difficult. I love to encourage others to not be afraid to create! I live a very blessed and happy life. I create these items so that people can create their home wherever they go! Out of the shop, you’ll often find me spending time with my dog-child, Sadie, and hiking up the trails behind our home. Also, go Broncos! Opening my shop has given me the opportunity for me to grow into a professional creator and take time to do what I absolutely love. I hope my handmade creations add some home to your life!
