Thanks to the support and loyalty of our clients and colleagues Apex has grown from three people in a serviced office in Sydney in 2002, to a national network of property professionals. Our services have broadened from our traditional strengths in quantity surveying and tax depreciation to include building consulting and sustainability. Through your continued support, the team at Apex is able to enter into the next phase of its growth. Effective from 1 November 2011 Apex will merge with MBM. MBM was established in 2002 in Sydney and are a highly regarded quantity surveying and technical advisory firm. Whilst our name will change, our levels of service and commitment will remain as high as ever. As MBM we will be offering additional services including quantity surveying on major projects, dispute resolution, FM consulting and technical advisory services on PPP projects.
