We serve customers in more than 50 countries: pastry cooks, chocolatiers, patissiers as well as bakeries and companies producing baked goods and confectionery. The sole owner of our company is the Friedrich Bluhme & Else Jebsen Foundation, a charitable organisation that donates the earnings to common good projects in and around the German city of Lübeck.
