Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union (GMFCU) is one of few federal credit unions in the St. Louis area. Membership is open to people who live, work (or regularly conduct business in), worship or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities located in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson Counties in Missouri, and Madison, Monroe and St. Clair Counties in Illinois. GMFCU also opens membership to family members (related by blood or marriage) of current members, regardless of where they live. This includes spouses, children, grandchildren, siblings, parents, grandparents, stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptive relationships.
