PBZ believes that true empowerment comes from economic self-sufficiency. Our mission is simple: PBZ will empower BIPOC entrepreneurs with a focus on women business owners to succeed through but not limited to mentoring, skills building, networking, and providing resources. It is our belief that these women are critical to the growth of all of civilization and as such must be empowered to set their own destiny in support of their communities.
