Siyakhula Sonke Trust is a registered non-profit organisation (NPO) and a public benefit organisation (PBO) in terms of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and as such can issue Section 18A tax certificates for donations received. The Trust is in the process of being recognised as a level 1 BEE contributor. Siyakhula Sonke Trust was established in 2014 and is based in Hillcrest in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
