Women in Business and Finance Society strives to inspire women to enter the business and finance industries. We aim at empowering tomorrow's leaders to achieve their full potential by presenting them the various opportunities and possibilities that exist in these sectors through workshops, recruitment events, panel discussions, networking events and headquarter visits. There is a large gender gap present within business and finance sectors. Although we do not expect to close this gap, we would like to support companies in trying to inform students regarding gender diversity.
