The mission of International Students in Business (ISIB) is to support the career development of international students at Northeastern University. ISIB hopes to primarily assist international student's integration into the U.S. workforce by helping with the sponsorship process, finding companies willing to sponsor international students, and helping to develop members into global business leaders. The club also hopes to offer guidance on how to be successful as international employees in the U.S. workforce, and how to utilize their unique skills to their advantage. There are 3 main divisions to the club: Research, Company Relations, and Guest Speaker Relations.
