Bellevue Cluj-Napoca and Sunrise Salicea are the two top realestate projects that are currently in development. By 2009 the company expanded into tourism by creating the Sun Garden Hotel Group. The pearl of the group contains a Golf and Spa resort where guests can experience the 5 star service of one of the top hotels in the area.
