The site’s blog chronicles the ups and downs of living life with hearing loss and provides tips for leading a vibrant and engaging life despite the challenges of hearing loss. Founder, Shari Eberts, has an adult-onset genetic hearing loss and hopes that by sharing her story, she will help others to live more comfortably with their own hearing loss challenges. Shari is active as a hearing health advocate serving on the Board of Trustees of Hearing Loss Association of America. She is the former Board Chair of Hearing Health Foundation. In 2015 she was named a HearStrong Champion for her work to change the stigma surrounding hearing loss. Shari writes frequently on hearing loss topics on her personal blog LivingWithHearingLoss.com and elsewhere.
