At In-Form Physiotherapy, we focus on return to normal function, along with prevention of further injuries and/or reoccurrence. We use a variety of techniques in order to maximize each patient’s health and fitness needs, while focusing on correcting the root cause of the injury and/or deficiencies. We put strong a emphasis on patient education and self-management, rather than passive treatment.
