Nibbana offers counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals and works on developing and training professionals in the field of mental health. We have trained in-house professional counsellors to offer support to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, marital discord, behavioral issues, self development, stress, burnout, anger management and for handling emotions. Nibbana offers a uniquely designed year-long course for counselling skills called NICCS. Nibbana's Integrated Course for Counselling Skills (NICCS) covers the modules in basics of psychology, Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), CBT, Gestalt Therapy among others. The modules are taught by practicing experts. We also offer internship support
