Fluidity Freerun Academy is the largest indoor parkour / freerunning center in the UK - based in Wales after 12 years of dreaming , Fluidity Freerun finally opened up the Academy in 2016! Since then we have had 10s of thousands of participants from ages 4-70 coming and getting physical, learning through challenge and movement , parkour , play, acrobatics and more. Founded by Frazer Meek and Craig Robinson, with 17 years + of parkour/freerunning professional experience.
