Nicolaou & Konnides Partnership was established in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 1994 as a firm of professional Quantity Surveyors, Cost Engineers and Construction Cost Consultants. The organisation, now, consists of a powerful team of Surveyors, Project Managers & Engineers of most disciplines (civil, mechanical & electrical), with a long and wide range of experience in both building and engineering projects. The target has always been to maintain the highest standards in our work, with honesty and punctuality in our dealings, in accordance with the set standards and rules of our practice. We are confident that with our long service in the consultancy practice we possess that experience and technical expertise required to offer our clients the highest standards of service. Our Office has so far successfully completed many important projects, the majority of which are located in Cyprus. In addition to this, it must be stressed that each member of the management and staff is to be credited with his individual wide experience gained by participating in the biggest building projects in Nicosia and other parts of Cyprus, and overseas, where they worked for many years prior to the establishment of the firm or before they joined the firm.
