GBS is incorporated in the Philippines and owned by Ashley Pattinson and Gray Goodwin. Our staff: process transactions; interact in a business sense; compute; and email daily with Australian businesses. Ashley and Gray regularly run 2-day workshops to give new staff a broad understanding of the Australian Financial Planning environment, its legal and regulatory framework and how individual Financial Planning Practise fits into the market. Great care has been taken making each of the staff aware of the licensing obligations, legal obligations and the duty of care owed to consumer clients by Financial Planning Practise in the Australian context, and how this extends to Privacy, Confidentiality and Proper Advice.
