Liaoning Heng Xin Law Office was established in December 1994, which is one of the first partnership law firms in Liaoning Province. Its Shenyang branch office was opened in 2001. And its Shanghai branch commenced business in the beginning of 2014, which made us the first law firm of Dalian City that established branch office in other province. There are over eighty people in our law firm working as lawyers, legal assistants, and supporting personnel, twelve of whom are partner lawyers.
