They can then use the new tools to create the extraordinary lives they seek. *Who are these individuals?* Normal people like you and me who are fed up feeling stuck and that they're not living life to the full. Maybe they are at the start of their journey, and maybe they've already spent much time perfecting their reality, or maybe they're just not sure anymore what's important to them in their lives. Sometimes they just need a change and don't know how to make it happen. *What kind of stuff?* I often find that the problem people think they have is not necessarily what really keeps them up at night. People come to me with problems such as: - stress and anxiety - relationships (family or office) - inability to make decisions - people pleasing - conflict avoidance / resolutions - motivation or procrastination challenges - inability to change *How long and how often?* I work with people in different ways depending on what is right for them: * 1:1 - 12 to 15 once weekly sessions (90 minutes each). * group coaching - once weekly sessions (90 minutes each), 5 participants (pre defined content) * masterclass - work at your own pace through set material plus touch points on regular basis * 2-3 days retreat (with yoga and meditation) * social media - join my facebook group and become an active (or passive) part of the community, with regular insights, challenges and thought provoking content *How to decide whether this is for you?* Visit my online calendar here to book a complimentary 30 minutes call: https://delenta.com/ta/@einav-ya
