The Notre Dame Integrated Imaging Facility (NDIIF) provides an integrated suite of sophisticated microscopes and imaging stations that enable expert users to attack the most complex modern research problems and, equally important, resident professional staff, including technicians and research specialists, to guide the non-expert users. The mission of NDIIF is to provide state-of-the-art technology to tackle non-invasively image disease models and biological processes in living systems. Researchers work to discover new trends in in-situ and high resolution electron microscopy for nanotechnology, materials, and bio-sciences.
