At Olive Branch Consulting, our mission is to transform difficult conversations into productive ones. We support individuals, families, and organizations to excel, through coaching, mediation, facilitation, and program evaluation. Leanne Harder is the founder and Lead Mediator at Olive Branch Consulting. She has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Adult Education, together with mediation training from the Justice Institute of BC. Since 2002, she has provided mediation, training, and coaching to individuals, families and organizations, to assist them in negotiating collaboratively. Her clients include companies in many sectors, including insurance, not-for-profit, hospitality, technology, engineering, and law enforcement. She loves working with people to transform difficult conversations into calm, productive ones. When she isn't in the middle of other people's conflicts, she enjoys musical and outdoor activities. On a summer day, you may find her singing as she kayaks in false creek:).
