The Maldives Sports Corporation Ltd (Reg No: C-0280/2016) was established by the President of Maldives under the Maldives Sports Act (Law No: 30/2015) and was duly incorporated under the Act no.10/96 on 15th day of March 2016. Key objectives of SportsCo are: • Development of sports infrastructure, assets and sports sector in the country • Encourage/create opportunities for the whole community including vulnerable groups to venture into and engage in sports • Reduce spending of State budget on sports and develop the industry on a self-sustaining model
