Frontside is a product research, strategy, and design firm that helps companies validate new product ideas, evaluate existing products, and refocus their product strategy, all driven by our focus on bringing real-world customer input into the process. We know that incremental iteration is sometimes necessary, and we definitely help companies do quite a bit of that, but it’s way more fun when we get to help companies build a sustainable approach to innovative design. Companies rarely, if ever, make giant leaps with minor tweaks, but it’s often paralyzing to try to figure out in which direction to leap first We can help with that. In terms of work style, we’re not in the game to crank out deliverables. We prefer to collaborate closely with our client teams, working together to design research sessions and quick, testable prototypes rather than making people sit through yet another slide presentation. Budgets are real; so we actively work with our clients to deliver the most value for the money they spend on us. In short, we like helping our customers solve problems and we also like helping them figure out which problems are worth solving.
