QMines Limited (ASX:QML) is a Queensland focused copper and gold exploration and development Company. The Company owns four advanced copper and gold projects, two of which are historic producing mines. The Company’s flagship project, Mt Chalmers, is located 17km North East of Rockhampton. The Project was mined sporadically between 1898 and 1982 and produced 1.24Mt @ 3.6g/t Au, 2.0% Cu and 19g/t Ag. Mt Chalmers has a Measured, Indicated and Inferred Resource of 5.8Mt @ 1.7% CuEq for 101,000t of contained copper equivalent. The project also has three Exploration Targets (JORC 2012 Compliant) that demonstrated significant resource growth potential. QMines’s objective is to grow its resource base, consolidate assets in the region and assess options to commercialise.
