First Tee is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. The First Tee of Greater St. Louis began this important work in 2006. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, we create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. Our mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values through the game of golf. At First Tee, we guide kids and teens to show up stronger in everything they set out to do. • For kids, we are a mentor who helps them write their personal growth story. • For their parents, we partner to facilitate the personal growth of their kids. • And for donors, we are a collaborator on an important mission.
