Founded in 2003, South Coast Bikes is Brighton and Hove's premier bicycle servicing workshop We’ve come a long way since I serviced my first bike in a back garden shed. In that time we’ve grown to become a fully fledged, very experienced and highly capable bicycle workshop - employing 5 full time mechanics and servicing over 2000 bikes a year. And although we’ve steadily expanded, we’ve stayed true to our founding principles: • Stay focused on doing (and continually improving) what we do - avoiding unnecessary diversification. We don’t sell bikes, or do small jobs — we just do bicycle servicing. • Our USP — free collection and delivery of our customers bikes, 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm • Friendly, professional service. Detailed written invoices. • Every bike returned to its owner transformed both operationally and aesthetically. Over the years we’ve expanded and innovated including: • Now stocking over 1500 parts — enabling over 90% of bikes to be completed without the need to order parts. • Effective, pro-active use of I.T. Including our amazing ‘Service Tracker’, SMS reminders and informs. Integrated post service survey and feedback system. • Hassle free ‘no question’ warranty procedure. Including email notification and updates. • Staff retention and training ending with the amazing team we have today. We're not resting our laurels though! We have exciting plans for 2017 in the pipeline..
