String Words specialises in improving workplace culture and the customer experience through storytelling and person-centred design. String Words is a communications and culture consultancy, working with health, aged care and goodwill organisations and services, as well as education institutions. We assist with people projects, including consumer experience and workforce culture, as well as general internal communications. Passionate about human-centred design, String Words specialises in the gathering of experiences and qualitative engagement (interviews/storytelling), to provide insights and recommendations for cultural change resulting in a better care experience for those working in and accessing care and other services. We also provide educational workshops for the healthcare workforce which promote collegiality, communication, respect, trust and explore the benefits for all of kinder care practices and ways.
