Classes are 100% online so you can fit the fun into your schedule whenever the spirit moves you. Unlike traditional dance classes where you have to pick one discipline, Dance Beyond Fitness feature a mix of styles from ballet to salsa to hip hop. Classes are taught for all levels, with a focus on dance (Fitness is just a happy "side effect"!).
