Prodest è una cooperativa che lavora su corsi di formazione e progetti europei, con il Fondo Sociale Europeo e altri fondi strutturali. L'agenzia, attraverso i corsi di formazione, promuove misure per combattere la disoccupazione e sviluppare risorse umane, favorendo l'uguaglianza tra donne e uomini nel mercato del lavoro e migliorando il livello di istruzione della forza lavoro. Le attività principali che Prodest svolge sono centrate nel campo della promozione e dello sviluppo nelle aree a basso livello occupazionale, offrendo servizi alla pubblica amministrazione e alle imprese, in particolare quelle femminili. Prodest is a cooperative working on training courses and European projects, with the European Social Found and other structural funds. Prodest supports measures to combat unemployment and to develop human resources and to promote equality between women and men into the labour market, using training courses and improving the level of the education of the workforce. Main activities that Prodest carry out centred in the field of promotion of the development in the depressed areas, offering services to the public administration and enterprises, especially women’s enterprises.
